When we launched GripTape, we soon saw the ways in which completing a Learning Challenge fostered learner agency and how that impacted mindsets, skills, and behaviors. As alumni moved on from their experiences, we became curious about whether and how these impacts developed over time.
This report shares what we learned when we followed up with Challengers in the months and years after their 10-week experience was completed.
